the statue of Liberty can be seen it represents liberty the countries which have crossed it are a separate state for them also France after revolution was also just had a unique nation

so it is placed there what is most suprising is that Germany was not a liberal state at that time but yet it was following France this just represented their liberal hopes also shattering of crown on one side reprsented the abolision of monarchy

also on other side gods and angels represented fraternity its that simple
