in what way does the reserve Bank of India supervise the functions of bank? what is this necessary?​

Reserve bank of india supervise the function of other bank because it is the bank which has right to issue coins or notes it helps people by providing loans at a cheaper rate of intrest and supply of money is through reserve bank of india
