permanent and regular jobs:

these jobs are secure.people enjoying this jobs have brightfuture.they have fixed working hours and fixed salary.they were provided with many facilities like natoinal holidays, annual leaves,medical facilities etc.

casual job:

people were employed on daily wages.these jobs are on temporary basis.they earn money arond 70-100rupees per day.casual jobs are provided by private factories when their season is on full swing.there is no job security.the future is not secured in these kind of jobs.
