Gases expand on heating. Their volume expansion is very much greater than that of liquids. If a gas is heated at constant pressure, its volume increases and if a gas is heated at constant volume, its pressure increases due to expansion.

hey mate!!

here's your answer....

Expansion of gases:-»

When gases expand on heating. The volume of greater in comparison of liquid .

if a gas is heated at constant volume it's pressure increase due to expansion and if gas heated at constant pressure it's volume increase.

it is important to be aware of temperature and pressure which determine the change in volume of the substance. The ideal gas law equation allows us to calculate pressure, temperature, volume or mole of gases.

Hope it will be helpful for you
