In what way is the yellow spot different from blind spot

Yellow spot is the spot of best vision on the Retina. It has highest density of cones. It is found where the visual axis meets the retina.

Blind spot is the area of no vision. It is the point from where the Optic Nerve emerges. There are neither rods nor cones in the blind spot.
