MATTER is anything that occupies space and has mass. Yes, even air is considered matter! It occupies space: blow air into a balloon and it expands.

I think ;it occupies space and it have some mass or
air is considered to b matter bcoz air contains many types of molecules like dust particles and many other gases like oxygen ,carbon di oxide, etc
