Hey friend here is ur ans:

1. No results are achieved by being comfortable

Embracing discomfort is the first step towards achieving a goal. It is when you decide to take over a difficult road; you then get out of your comfort zone. Because, nothing was ever achieved by being comfortable.

2. Keep going

No matter how difficult the road is, you ought to keep moving. You can’t give up in the middle of the road. Quitting mid-way will only deprive you of success, making you regret about not pushing yourself.

3. You need to take good care of your health

It is then you realise that you need to be health-conscious. It only takes an hour or minimum 30 minutes to do some exercise or brisk walking that will keep you active.

4. Face your fear

The narrow paths and dizzying heights would scare you while climbing mountains, but you still move on. Similarly, in life you’ve got to face fear to survive.

5. Patience is the key to success

You often feel like giving up when your fellow climbers go ahead of you. That time, patience helps you to keep motivated. Patience and hope is what keeps us going through tough times.

6. Learn how to pace yourself

Sometimes in life, we get over-excited and do things which we later regret. You can’t run while climbing mountains, you need to pace yourself while doing so or else you would tire yourself mid-way and quit.

7. You want it, you fight for it

To get those breathtaking views, you’ve got to fight the mountain to reach the top of it. You don’t get everything served in a golden plate, you’ve got to fight for it.

8. You underestimate yourself quite often. Don’t do that

You always think that you can’t accomplish a mammoth task. However, when you eventually do it, you wonder why you thought it was impossible.

9. Slow and steady wins the race

It doesn’t matter how slow you are, you would eventually finish the climb. It doesn’t matter if the progress is slow, what matters is that you keep moving on.

hope this helps u.

thank u.
