in what ways is this PCB board connected in a circuit of this led flashlight ....series or parallel??

I think it is in series because the two wires are connected in such a way that it seems they are in series and the circle seems to be complete as there is only one way the flow of the current but as for the other orientations of this set up it can be parallel because it can happen that I had not seen it properly
