hi,

Some ways which led to successful the Mughals are-
Revenue was almost all from land / agriculture and the land revenue system as put in place by Todar Mall was excellent and meticulous.A lot of autonomy was given to regional governors and satraps.Meticulous record keeping was compulsory. Hindu kings never kept any records at all. The Moghuls recorded everything. So administration of justice, fair play, was easy. There was no delays in the judicial system - punishment followed the crime in a very short time. Also the superb land records made it easy to resolve land disputes.
