but
LIQUID
has less intermolecular space between the particles ...
They less kinetic energy in particles as compared to gases....
Liquids exert low pressure comparatively than gases ...

GASES
they have a much amount of intermolecular space between them...
they have a great amount of kinetic energy in the particles ...
Gases exert a large number pressure in any system....
