Thank you for asking this question.There are 17 non metal elements :

 

hydrogen, helium, carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, fluorine, neon, phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine, argon, selenium, bromine, krypton, iodine, xenon, and radon.

Other than hydrogen , all non metals are found in the top right corner. The place of hydrogen is in top left corner.

 

Non metals are poor conductors of heat and electricity, brittle and gain electrons when a chemical reaction occours
