to check whether a triangle can be formed with the given sides first add the smallest two sides and check whether it is greater than the third side .

if their sum is greater than the third side only then the triangle is possible otherwise it is not possible

now let us see for the questions

1. adding 4 and 5 we get 9 CM
which is greater than the third side and so the triangle is possible

2. adding 6 and 7 we get 13
which is equal to the third side so the triangle is not possible

3. adding 5 and 3
we get 8
which is greater than the third side and so the triangle is possible

4. adding 4 and 4 we get 8 which is smaller than the third side

so the Triangle formed is not possible
