The Right to vote is denied in some countries because there is either rule of Monarchy or there is single party system or other parties are pressurised to not to participate in elections. Ex-
1)North Korea
2)China
3)Pakistan

There's denial of equality in voting in countries like Saudi Arabia, Brunei, UAE, Vatican City .....

Mostly women are ill treated in many countries and aren't allowed to vote, so they don't deserve their right to vote unfortunately!
