these are some important sleeping position;
1.Sleeping on the back with knee support. .
2.Sleeping on the side with a pillow between the knees.
3.Sleeping in the fetal position.
4.Sleeping on the front with pillow under the stomach.
5.Sleeping on the front with the head face down.
6.Sleeping on the back in a reclined position.
