JEE is way more tougher than neet cause after the implication of neet as the criteria for all the medical entrances it's been a relief since most of the questions are directly from the NCERT textbokks or from it’s easily graspable concepts.
Jee being much of a vast syllabus, chemistry comparatively is easier. The physics and the mathematics part is surely tough as of course an engineer is expected to master in these subjects.
Talking about NEET sorry to offend people out there for downgrading neet as compared to jee. But yeah it's surely is easier if you know the physics part well.
Evidently because with the same knowledge of physics and chemistry I could answer most of the questions in the pre medical entrances but the engineering ones were hard as nuts.
Also the fact being there are more number of medical entrance droppers around than the engineering ones, this is mostly a matter of much competition for a meagre number of government seats. As generally the jee aspirants who are unable to get a government seat go for a private college. There are hell a lot of engineering colleges in India as compared to medical colleges.
ALL THE BEST!!
