In which following part of human body are sweat glands absent?(scalp,armpits,lips,palm)

in a human body lips do not have sweat gland. Thus, we are not finding sweat on our lips

Sweating helps add moisture back to your skin, but your lips are more apt to dry out due to their lack of sweat glands. 

while, sweat is more in scalp , palm and armpits.

lips are covered with epidermis .

Your lips also don't have any sebaceous glands, but your lips are on their own. Their only source of moisture is your saliva, and that's why they can easily become dry and chapped
