In any interview, a candidate can speak frankly and fearlessly
- An Interview is organized to assess the ability of the candidate to work in a firm. Employers recruit candidates who are skillful and talented.
- Usually in an interview, there would be three rounds. First would be the "Written Test". Second is "Group discussion". Third is "Face to Face interview".
- In all the three stages, a candidate's performance is taken for the final merit. No bias is seen in any of the phrases.
- In a face to face interview, questions asked to a candidate are subject specific, work related and general awareness of the candidate.
- A candidate can be open and say his views without any hesitation. Here, it is to note that any answer which offends the norms of the company or seems to be antisocial in attitude can decrease the chance of selection.
