answer : option (c) NF₃, H₂O

we have to check all the given options .

first find number of lone pairs and bond pairs by which we can easily get hybridisation of a compound .

(a) H₂S ⇒no of bond pairs = 2 and lone pairs = (2 + 6 - 2 × 2)/2 = 2

hence, hybridisation = sp³

BF₃⇒ no of bond pairs = 3 and lone pairs = (3 +7 × 3 - 8 × 3)/2 = 0

hence, hybridisation = sp²

so , option (a) is not correct .

similarly we can find others

(b) SiF₄ ⇒ hybridisation = sp³d

BeH₂ ⇒hybridisation = sp

(b) is also incorrect .

(c) NF₃ ⇒hybridisation = sp³

H₂O ⇒hybridisation = sp³

it is clear that hybridisations of NF₃ and H₂O are same . so , option (c) is correct choice . now require to check further .
