Part IV of the Constitution consists of Directive Principles of State Policy. Articles 36 to 51 constitute Directive principles which are non - justiciable in nature, i.e., people cannot ask the courts to direct the other two (2) organs of the government to enforce them. I


Part IVA consists of the Fundamental Duties of the citizens. The duties are mentioned as part of Article 51A.
