According to which :-

  • If Both Coordinates of the ordered pair are negative then the point lies in 3rd Quadrant. Example:- (-3,-2)
  • if x coordinate is -ve and y coordinate is +ve then the point lies on the 2nd quadrant. Ex. (-3,2)
