Answer :

In the short story 'The Fun They Had' by Isaac Asimov, Margie's futuristic school system is entirely different from our present school system. Margie had mechanical teachers instead of human ones and studied through the means of telebooks instead of physical books and notebooks. She had to write out her assignments in a specific code instead of writing or typing them in English or other languages like us. Margie did not go to a school but studied at specific times in the comfort of her home.

I prefer the current school system as students of similar age groups go to school together and learn and play in a group. They learn similar things and, thus, can talk about and discuss their homework. This set up is more enjoyable than studying alone at home that too with a mechanical teacher without feeling and emotions.
