Mediterranean biome is found in Central Chile in South America.

Biomes are growth of flora and fauna over vast tracts of land, that have common characteristics following the habitat they live in. Biomes have developed between 30 – 40 degrees latitudes in both hemispheres, in western parts of continents.

The largest cluster of biomes are found in the Mediterranean basin, but areas of biomes are also found in South America, South West Africa, and the southwestern tip of Australia.
