Mater can be made into different rearrangements by the use of energy.
Oxygen can be a solid, liquid or gas.
In it's natural state, oxygen is a gas as it's boiling point is -183 degrees centigrade.
To be a liquid, oxygen needs to be between -183 and -2.18.8 degrees centigrade.
Less than -218.8 degrees centigrade, oxygen exists as a solid.

Theoritically speaking oxygen should be in gaseous state at 0c or - 200c because the volume of gas becomes zero only at absolute temp ie - 273.15c, practically it maybe different. It will also depend on pressure.
