zygote divides immediately vertically after the first division of primary endosperm nucleus or it divides earlier than the first division of primary endosperm nucleus.

The zygote in crucifers divides transversally to produce terminal and basal cells. The terminal cells divides vertically to produce 4 celled embryo and basal cell produces suspensors and in some plant produces hypocotyl.
