Respected Sir,

Through the columns of your esteemed daily newspaper, I woul like to highlight the problem of damaged drainage system in this locality.

The residents of this area has written complaints to the authorities and even met them in person. However, no one has come to assess the problem nor repaired the old drainage system of this locality.

The residents here are facing much hardships with the drains overflowing the roads and paths as well as bearing with the foul smell.

Hence, I earnestly request the concerned department and the authorities to look into the matter urgently and immediately repair the drainage system.
