from my point of view mathematics is only the subject in which you can gain 100 out of 100 if your calculation is strong and in rest of the subject you have to read and learn a lot so maths fear can be overcome by practising and making calculation strong as everything in math is firstly based on calculation . once you think that you can do and try to solve from then you will not be afraid of math. it is my guarantee as it is my own experience.
