With some humanity we should handle this type of situation.

First aid Measures:

1. Don't move the person in order to reduce the pain due to injury.

2. stop bleeding with the help of any cotton cloth.

3. If you don't know to do first aid, then you should call the ambulance and rush to the hospital with the victim.
