the crucial day to bring change in Helens life was March 3, 1887 Anne Mansfield Sullivan came to tuscumbia to be her teacher.
Helen was a wilful child, unruly, spoiled― but very bright ― child who tyrannized the house hold with her temper tantrumes. so it is easily understable that ms Sullivan had a tough treatment from Helen's side. but Sullivan, a women of conviction, asked for full control over her and then she started teaching her with hand symbols for objects... and thus started the remarkable journey of a student - teacher relationship.
