In your view what motivates youngsters to take to alcohol or drugs and how can this be avoided?

youngster mostly adopt the wrong habits of alcohol consumption from bad company and because of their trouble and anxiety, they feel it to be like a remedy that can solve their every problem but actually they are wrong , they become used to it while it's consumption and laterly can't stay without it anymore,
it can be avoided by......1 strict government laws to prohibit alcohol and drug consumption 2 ,,,,,,alertness among them etc
