The judiciary is correct in punishing him as Clementi has his own life.

If he was with a girl there is no need of spying on him.

He has his liberty to do so.

Yes maybe it’s a college prank.

But it should have been at its limit , thinking of others involved in it

I personally think Ravi should be given a chance to reform.  Since his behavior was more immature than intentional, a sentence of probation would be enough.

In my opinion, it was his joke that went wrong. Ravi plead guilty for the same and accepted his mistake. I agree with the verdict.
