In India acid is available at every common supplies store and no I'd or license is needed to buy it so in my opinion either we should ban the sale of acid by local shops or we can put few rules in buying acid like the need of a license to buy it and the evidence of one being a resident of a place and as we go further we should teach the school children about the harms of what could be the result of their angerness

To stop this first ,an acid attack case in country has to be invastigate speedily.Invastigations must be completed within 30 days.If the invastigating officer take more time, she or he has to inform the court and only two extensions are of 15 days must be give.If the officer fails to complete the investigations,or found to be corrupt, she or he is liable for punishment. The case has to be decided within 90 days.Second,Bangladesh has severe punishment for the crime upto capital punishment.Third, unlicenced product, import, transportation, storage, sale and use of acid can be the person into jail term from three to ten years. The stringent laws and thier implementation have seen the number of attacks fail from 500 during 2002 to 71 in 2012
