Increase percentage = 10 %
= 10% of $200
= 10 × 200 / 100
= $20

Hence the new price = $200 + $20
= $220

This price now decreases by 10%
= 10% of $220
= 10 × 220 / 100
= $22

The new / final amount = $220 - $22
= $198

Therefore, the final amount is different from the original one
