Final Answer : 0 units

Radius of Circle = 1
Centre :(0,0)
Before looking pic :
Steps :
1) Minimum distance between circle and given line is given by
Perpendicular distance from centre of circle - Radius of Circle.
= d - r

2) Perpendicular distance from centre(0,0)
d = |(3x+4y-5)/√(3^2+4^2 )|
=| 3*0 +4*0-5 /√25|
= 5/5 =1

3) Shortest distance, s = d -r
= 1-1 = 0

Now, look at pic for your justification.
