Division of Country : We Lost the huge land area of East and west Pakistan.


2) Wars: Whether it s 1948, 1962 , 1965, 1971, 1997 whether we won or lost the war but at the end we lost crucial amount of money and become less progressive.

Ex: Rupee falling on every War that India has fought just to sustain itself in international market.


3) Reservation : As per law, Reservation was allowed for 20 year from the day of Execution but the politics and policies have taken it to the day present as we have around 75% of population covered into the Reservation based on Cast-ism.


4)) Law reform : The Reform which was taken by china in 1968 ( to inflow thew foreign direct Investment in China ) We were way behind in doing that in 1991 that too got implemented after 5 year of coming.


5) Land Bill : To introduce the industrialization and provide land for the inflow the Foreign Direct investment we will be required land to do , but in the last session of the parliament also it was not passed.

 a. India can claim to be the largest democracy in the world, granting political freedom and equality to all.

b. People by virtue of fundamental rights participate in the governance of the country. It has ensured power sharing to all the groups and has given adequate representation to the weaker sections of society. One can give example of Reservation policy.

c. India is the fastest growing economy in the world, rich in resources and strategically located. Major Powers of the world have realised the growing importance of the country in an international scenario.
