In what ways was Both Omprakash Valmiki and Ansari were treated badly and discriminated because of caste and religion. Omprakash Valmiki was a dalit and so he was not allowed to sit in the class with others. He was even made to sweep the floor and playground.
Universal Adult Franchise means that the right to vote should be given to all adult citizens without the discrimination of caste, class, colour, religion or gender. It is based on equality, which is a basic principle of democracy.
