This is a general question which will involve reforms in multiple fields , so I will restrict myself to reforms in government, business, agriculture, education and polity.

The government must have a fixed tenure of 5 years and there must be simultaneous elections in the centre and the states. An anti corruption law must be passed which will complete the investigation in an year and the trial in another year. A politician convicted must be debarred from elections for life and imprisoned for a day for a rupee of corruption. There must also be a right to services law where government services are guaranteed by law to be done within a time framework. Any delay will make the officer liable for monetary and jail punishment. The government must provide universal health cover and improve the condition of at least the hospitals at taluk level.

Regarding business all the licences for starting a business must be provided in a day and there should be only one inspection every 2 years. The archaic labour laws must be amended to hire and fire policy. Special courts must be setup for business related activities and enforcement of contracts with time bound decision making.

All farm land must be identified and farmers must be given an identity card. Based on this card a farmer must be provided loans upto 5 lakhs with 1 % intrest. The balance intrest must be borne by the government and no subsidies or loan write off must be done. The government must provide storage facility refrigerated where required for vegetables and fruits in every taluk. These facility must be used to store the surplus fruits and vegetables during production glut. The land must be irrigated and rivers must be interlinked.

The education system must be totally revamped. Our education policy is catering to high end technical and management. Instead of many more engineering colleges we need more and more industrial training institutes which are tied up with manufacturers and the students must be given vocational training according to the requirements of the manufacturers. The primary and high school education in government schools must be improved and no easy pass must be given to the higher classes. Every year the teachers must be trained and gradually the salary of the teachers must be improved.
