hey friend,
here's your answer,
India has a single unfied and integrated judicial system.this means that:
1)the supreme Court is the head of the judicial system in India and it not only supervises but also controls the working of all other courts .
2)there is only a single and same set of laws followed by all the courts.
3)cases from the lower courts can be taken to the high courts and finally to the supreme Court by way of appeal.
hope it helps you.....!!

Heya Friend,
Here's the answer.
》》》》》》》》》

- All the courts at different levels in a country put together are called the JUDICIARY.
- Indian JUDICIARY consists of Supreme court for the entire nation, High Courts in the states, District Courts and the courts at local level.
- It can Take up any dispute between :
• citizens of the country.
• citizens and the government
• two or more state governments
• governments at the union and state level.

"India has a single unified and integrated Judiciary"

-Independence of judiciary : It means that it is not under any control
- The judge can be removed only by an impeachment motion.
- The Supreme Court and the High Courts have the power to interpret the Constitution of the country. They can declare invalid any law of the legislature or the actions of the executive, whether at union level, if they find such a law or action is against the constitution.
- The powers and the independence of Indian judiciary allows it to act as the guardian of the Fundamental Rights.

Hope it helps..
