Human rights are a person’s rights to be treated equally and as per the guidelines laid in the law.

India is arguing for these rights from long before independence so that nobody faces discrimination.

Apart from the judiciary and the legislative council in India where the laws are implemented, there is a Human Rights Commission in India which was set up in the year 1993 to look after the correct interpretation of The Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993.
