India is a secular state.
This can be said as it accrps and is tolerant all types of religions and does support any prominent religion. It's laws, rules and regulations and rights are same for all and it does not have any separate laws for separate religion. Many religions (mainly Hindu, islam, Christianity, sikhism) can be found throughout the Indian states.
