The states in India were an integral part of British India and its periphery and as such became an indivisible part of the said Union. There is 'one nation and one citizenship' adopted in independent India and the nation'sintegration have been made paramount.

India is believed to be a nation that cannot be divided as the people live in harmony and the federation also support all the people that are the part of this nation.
They are united together and even though they have few disputes they can easily come out of them and solve it.
