Indian government is slow in cleaning the river ganges because, india doesn't a technology to do that of it's own recent PM 's visit austrilia is a success because the ausis government is trying to help india in provinding technological support. It need some time start from roots to clean it and even the most developed countries like england and usa have taken thier own time
