the framers of the Constitution believe that for century some sections of society had been deprived and discriminated against their formed provisions for parenting reservations of seats in legislature and in government jobs for the sections this they believed would help people belonging to the sections to uplift the social and economical status.thus rights were given to the minorities and not for majorities....
