indian constitution was adopted for single citizenship. do you think it is useful in the present scenario ?

No I do not think that single citizenship is useful nowadays because people now are representing from their own states and not from the name of their country. At jobs in India, it is mentioned to the people from which state they were and not from their country and nowadays people of India in foreign boast of their respective states and not their country.
