I think it is not possible to banned any state of voting right so I think it is a false news because if the voting drive will be cancelled in any state then the concept of democratic country will be break.

So any exceptional case can be considered for the banning of voting right I think it may be the only state in India that is Jammu Kashmir.

So only a State Jammu and Kashmir may be this state because the conditions of Jammu Kashmir is in always conflict with Pakistan.
