tertiary > secondary > primary

In carbonation:-

primary > secondary > tertiary

Tertiary > Secondary > Primary

The reason for the greater stability of tertiary carbons over the other two is because it has three alkyl groups which help to stabilise the positive charge. Similarly, secondary comes next because it has two alkyl groups and then primary comes in the last of stability
