Answer:

1.  {64}^{ \frac{3}{6} }

 {64}^{ \frac{1}{2} }

√64

=8

 2.({ \frac{625}{1296} })^{ \frac{3}{4} }

  =  {( \frac{ {5}^{4} }{ {6}^{4} }) }^{ \frac{3}{4} }

  = \frac{ {5}^{3} }{ {6}^{3} }

 =  \frac{125}{216}

 3.\sqrt[5]{ \frac{243}{1024} }

  = \sqrt[5]{ \frac{ {3}^{5} }{ {4}^{5} } }

 = ( { \frac{ {3}^{5} }{ {4}^{5} } })^{ \frac{1}{5} }

 =  \frac{ {3}^{1} }{ {4}^{1} }

= \frac{3}{4}

4.  \: ({ \frac{1}{128} })^{7}  +   \: ({ \frac{1}{64} })^{6}

 =   ({ \frac{ {1}^{7} }{ {2}^{7} } })^{ \frac{1}{7} }  +  ({ \frac{ {1}^{6} }{ {2}^{6} } })^{ \frac{1}{6} }

 =  \frac{1}{2}  +  \frac{1}{2}

 = 1

5. { \:({ \frac{81}{16} })}^{ \frac{ - 3}{4} }

 =   \: ({ \frac{ {3}^{4} }{ {2}^{4} } \:  })^{ \frac{ - 3}{4} }

 =   \: ({ \frac{ {2}^{4} }{ {3}^{4} } \:  })^{ \frac{ 3}{4} }

 =  \frac{ {2}^{3} }{ {3}^{3} }

 =  \frac{8}{27}

Hope it helps...
