Indiscipline can't always be caused due to bad parenting. It can also be caused by the injustice and partiality of teachers in a particular school. Many teachers tend to harshly punish students. This decreases self-esteem in students and also makes them more vulnerable to depression and anxiety. Schools also play a role in the indiscipline of students. Parents can also be pampering their children, but the harsh methods at school maybe also the reason for indiscipline. Schools should see each student as an equal. Students who are toppers in school or in their own classes are most loved and cared for by teachers. This makes the children feel they're the most regarded students in their classes or in their schools. The students will misbehave towards other teachers or important people in a school, saying that everyone should congratulate and praise them as they are the most prized ones of a school. Children should respect their elders even though they are of a high position in the school. Teachers also should not be partial with students or criticize students or punish them very harshly. These behaviors of a teacher hurts the feelings of a student and makes the student angry at all the other students for no reason, and the teachers too will be surprised by this behavior and will start punishing that particular student more harshly which will lead to severe depression of the student. Therefore schools also play an role in the indiscipline of students.
