as the current flows their develops a magnetic field but if we switch off the current the magnetism gets lost so induced magnetism is temporary

Induced magnetism is temporary since it lasts as long as a magnet or a current is passing near it and as soon as the property ends it retain its original position without any induction.
Actually induction takes place due to differences in magnetic flux. Thus as long as there is difference it exists.. As the difference ends.. the induction stops.
