a. the group no. is 18
b. they dont have any valenced electron as their valenced shells are completely filled with electrons.
c. their valenced shells are completely filled with electrons so the effective nuclear charge increases and the atomic radius decreases. thats why they are unreactive.
d. any two inert gases are helium, neon, argon etc. (can write any two)
