Letter to the Sub Divisional Engineer regarding Telephonic Complaints:

216, Nirman Enclave,

Delhi,

14.09.19.

To

The Sub Divisional Engineer,

MTNL,

Delhi.

Sir,

Subject: Complaint against the non-active status of Land-line-12345

With deep frustration and regret I would like to draw your attention to the sorry plight of our land line phone- 12345, Nirman Enclave.

In spite of lodging repeated complaints and creating dockets our land-line phone is out of service. We have regularly cleared the bills yet nothing has been done about the resumption of service. Having two young children and aged persons at home the working of the land-line is very essential for me.

I would ardently request you to look into the matter. I am enclosing herewith the last paid bill and the complaint docket numbers.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Vijaya Bakshi.
